Setup/Pack-up | Vendor Assistants | Locations | Liability | Payment, Cancellation | Promotion It is our goal to maintain a positive environment for shoppers, vendors, and volunteers. Vendors and their assistants/companions are thus expected to:
- Conduct themselves toward shoppers, volunteers (including coordinators), and other vendors with respect, integrity, non-hostility, and professionalism - Not engage in illegal or hateful activity - Supervise their children at all times - Approach the Coordinator if you have a problem with one of the coordinators or one of the other volunteers, rather than complain to other vendors or spread negative energy at or after the show One or both coordinators are free to prevent your participation or association with the show, at their discretion. If your misconduct causes this, you will receive no refunds. Post-Show Survey Vendors and shoppers are usually asked to complete an optional survey. The show's coordinator takes your feedback seriously and use it to improve show. |
