Printable Application for Artisan Dreams
After printing off the application and filling it out, please bring or mail it along with your payment (NO CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS). We can accept cash or credit card payments. Credit card payments incur a $10 processing fee.
Artisan Dreams takes place at the Peterborough Public Library, 10:30 am - 4 pm and, during the summer, at Silver bean Café (Millennium Park).
30 Craft Market takes place at Time Square (201 Hunter St East), 11 am - 3 pm
Payment for your spot is required with this application. If your items do not pass jurying, your payment will be returned to you. You are required to read and understand the rules and policies prior to submitting this form and paying. If you have been in 3 or less of our shows, a $20 quality assurance deposit is required. You will be refunded this deposit at the end of the show if you followed the rules.
A photo that represents what you'll be selling at the show is needed to process this application. Please note that GOOD photo is mandatory. Tips are in the tips section. Even if an item meets the jury's criteria, it may not be allowed if it is too similar to another vendor's items that are to be in the show.
For the Silver Bean show (June), you will need to bring a table and possibly a chair. A tent/canopy as well, if you wish. At the moment, 13 chairs are available.
Some categories are full. You can call us to find out if yours is. 705 760 3933

Please answer ONLY if you want to sell at the Silver Bean show: There are 10 spots under a roof. 4 of them are outdoors. Do you need one? Yes No
For your selling list below, please be specific and do not use vague terms like "etc", "accessories", "items"; "knitting", "and more". Please do not list items you do not have photos of. You can ask to add items you intend to make later, when you have clear, sharp, close-up photos of them. Only items handmade or hand-altered by you are allowed. If you used tools such as a sewing machine, drill, etc., that's OK. What will you be selling? *
Please provide a photo of your booth or display. If you do not have one, you will be required to provide one before the day of the show. The jury must approve it in order for you to sell in the show. The earlier you send a clear photo, the more opportunities you'll have to improve it if it doesn't at first obtain the jury's approval. There are no refunds if your selling display isn't approved. But don't worry, it's not hard to gain approval.
Please provide 1- 2 photos per category you are selling in. The items must be clearly visible, sharp (have no blurriness). Do not provide photos of folded items, as this doesn't show us what the items look like. You do NOT have to send a photo of every item you are selling. The photographed goods must be representative of your items.
Library shows only: Do you mind being in the hallway? 2 vendors (incl you), the greeting/raffle table, and possibly a busker will be there. You'll also have space at the sides of your table, plus a wall behind you. Check one:
It doesn't matter
I prefer the hallway
Please do not place me in the hallway
Requests are not guaranteed to be filled, but we do try our best. Please note any requests below (room for a stand beside your table, room for a playpen, location preference, etc.) AND your reasons if you want a wall spot.
Do you accept that only you are responsible for your and your companions' or assistants' well-being, safety, and possessions?* Yes No
Do you accept that photos and videos of you and/or your products will be published? This includes photos/videos we take of you as well as photos from your application. * Yes No
The show's organizers' main duty is to market the show as much as possible. It is yours to sell your products. Products will NOT sell themselves much, if at all. Our shoppers buy from the vendors who are interactive, friendly, and initiate conversation instead of waiting for questions or waiting to be greeted. Please check at least one:*
